Cylinder keys

We currently have three machines which are used to cut most cylinder, padlock, locker, widow and various other cylinder type keys. The machines used include two manual and one automatic key cutting machines each with their own different vice setting to cover the different key shapes. We have several key hole moulds which insure that the correct blank selection is made before it is cut. We have the latest Keyline software installed which identifies the blank that is being cut before we cut the key making the success rate to each key made considerably higher so we guaranteeing the keys to work first time.

Mortice keys

We cover mortice keys used on most sashlocks, deadlock, gatelocks and various other types of locks. We have two machines used for this, one cuts normal mortice keys and the other is a multi-functional machine which is used for master keys. We have several moulds which help ensure that the correct thickness of blank is used.
