Vehicle keys/plips

Basic machines

We are operating machines which are used to cut the standard cylinder type car keys. We stock most of the blanks required and are using the latest key identification software which allows us to identify the correct blank and even cut keys that have been lost. All we require for this is your log book and in some cases your door lock, however if your locks/ignition locks have been changed then this option is not available.

Ford & Jaguar keys cut

We have a key cutting machine used to duplicate by copy and code for Ford and Jaguar keys. We are using several mould tools which ensure that the correct cut is made every time.

Laser cut keys

We currently have two machines operating for laser cut type keys, the first one is manual and cuts all laser type vehicle keys and certain cylinder keys by copying the original. The second is the automatic computerized laser machine which is linked directly to a computer terminal and keys database. The computerized laser machine allows us to cut laser keys from copying the original or from the key code. The computerized laser machine is a fast and accurate method of key cutting ensuring keys working first time every time.

Transponder chipped keys

Most new cars are equipped with either a transponder or crypto keys, which require coding.  We have have computerized machines in place, which allows us to identify the chip and then copy transponder type keys to new blanks. For security reasons we do need a copy of the original key or registration document(V5) and a photographic ID in order for these keys to be duplicated.

Crypto chipped keys/plips

We have been constantly updating our machines to satisfy our customers requirements, thus we have purchased a programming machine which covers all crypto chipped keys and plips. Newer models of vehicles are fitted with an anti-theft immobilizer which is operated via a chip in your vehicle key and could only be programmed via main dealers. This however is no longer the case as the our machines allows us to program most of the newer model keys/plips in the car so you no longer have to visit your vehicle dealer. All we require is that you bring your log book along with the security pass of the vehicle and then call to arrange a booking with us for a time slot for 30-60mins to allow us to program your new keys/plips. We have the latest software uploaded, and updates are made regularly so we are currently increasing the amount of vehicles keys/plips that can be programmed. We also replace any remote/plips batteries, and re-synchronise those which have lost synchronization. In the case where you don’t have the security code  we may be able to provide you with the code for that vehicle at an extra charge.

We can also read/clear faults codes, programs new keys/plips, ECU identification, read EKA codes and program new EKA codes. Below is a list of some of the vehicles/vehicle functions that we cover, however please call to check as some vehicles models are still main dealer programming only and others being updated regularly. Vehicles security codes also available if required.
