Bartoline Extra Strong Border/Overlap Adhesive is extremely powerful and used primarily for fixing decorative borders to interior surfaces and for minor repairs to existing wallcoverings. It is simple to apply and has high grab properties, but still enables the border to slide into position easlily. Formulated as suitable for vinyl over vinyl applications.
