Alternate Door Hinges In April 1997 an alternative door hinge, manufactured by Technic, was introduced on under worktop integrated refrigeration products. This replaces the original hinge manufactured by Hettic. The hinges can be identified by virtue of the fact that on the later Technic hinge, the bracket to support one side of the decor door is incorporated on the hinge itself. There is a separate bracket attached to the non-hinge side of the door to support the other side of the decor door panel. With the original Hettic hinge, the decor door is mounted on a full width bracket attached to the top on the fridge door panel. This pack of two hinges has the equivalent of :
